Luminus Manufacturing

Luminus Korea Inc
Luminus Korea was established in 2006 in Daegu, the center of the Korean automotive industry. They moved to Gumi in 2014, where they carry out aluminum die cast production including machining and surface treatment. They have 14 casting machines that range from 135t to 500t. Their high yield/labor saving system is capable of producing 1 million shots per month.

Luminus Ltd.
Initially established as TAIKI U.S.A. Tokyo Office in October 2002 in Kameido, Koto-ku. They are engaged in new product development, new material development, and introducing new methods of mass production. The organization was reestablished in November 2007 as Luminus Ltd, adding import/export operations.

Luminus Saga Ltd.
Our Saga base was set up in May 2015 in the middle of the Kyushu automobile industry. In 2019, we built in assembly plant and a warehouse. Since the Saga factory is close to Luminus Korea, they greatly contribute to the efficiency of logistics.

Luminus Yamanashi
Previously known as R-Cast, Luminus Yamanashi was purchased by Luminus Japan March 15, 2024. This base manufactures aluminum and zinc products, from casting to surface treatment. Its advanced thixo-casting technology can be applied to many functional parts. We have been collaborating since 2020.
